Our first batch of British Shoyu Sauce will arrive in late 2024.

 

Made in Staffordshire, with heirloom british ingredeints and a little patience using our own modern koji starter method.

 

We will produce one batch of shoyu per year, and barrel aging a small amount to creata our own XO sauce.  

 

We can't wait to provide chefs with this umami rich showstopper!
