Our Philosophy

I have had the pleasure of working in the hospitality industry for more than 20 years, having amassed numerous awards at national and international level during my career as a chef.

​

A passion for food science and also flavour driven ingredients led me to start Staffordshire's very first bean to bar chocolate company, sourcing the raw ingredients direct from ethical farmers around the equator. 

 

Proper chocolate, not the usual mass produced sugar laden stuff

you find in the supermarkets.

​

So here we are, and our next project.

Seed MicroGreens, Fine Foods Specialist. 

A one stop shop for chefs and food led businesses in the Staffordshire region. 

 

Supplying the very best of British products, whilst making new ingredients ourselves, such as smoked local honey and Staffordshire Shoyu Sauce.

(think soy sauce but with a modern twist and made with British ingredients)

Our goal is to:

  • Grow seasonal produce from long lost heirloom British seeds.

​

  • To create a unique farm to table system for local chefs and food led businesses.

​

  • Offer healthy, nutritious and delicious ingredients with the very best flavour profiles on offer.
